When the oxygen level drops in the brain you will know when you feel outstandingly tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light head. And more you pass out. Your neck muscles go to the top of your principal so any pain in that back nouns is from them. When at the top, the muscles connect with other muscles that go around the head. When the nouns muscles get tight and pull on these muscles they go into strain and you have your headache. To get rid of the pains you have to free up your collar muscles and here's how to do that:
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the vertebrae of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your herald as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
