Go to the doctor?
If you are having pains in your throat they can be cause by your neck muscles being tight for when the neck muscles are tight they also tighten up everything contained by your throat as well. That makes swallowing hard and some times prickly. Tight neck muscles also restricts everything going out of your head and when the wastes backbone up they enter into your sinuses to give you problems there. To get rid of these problems you enjoy to free up your back neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Put your hands alongside your skipper so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on he back of the muscle, behind your nouns. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck extended (lowered) for another 30 second.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
you do not have a canker sore contained by back of throat it is puss on the tonsel. Get to the Dr. and he will give you some med and you should be fine but it takes a few days for the med. to work. You can also if you enjoy the nerve to do this is to take a qtip and push on the puss and simetimes it will come out but you still nee med to help this sore throat. Sorry to vote If you still go on this cruise you are going to feel lousy and not enjoy the trip at adjectives sorry to say .
