What supplement should I take to modernize my blood circulation (scalp)? I heard vitamin B complex is good for hair shine. what more or less...

I heard vitamin B complex is good for hair shine. what around my blood circulation for the actual scalp, because I noticed my hair is thining. I dont know if its because of lack of moisture OR that it have too much moisture/residue that it clogs my hair root/folicle. Like if i massage my hair, strands of fuzz just fall out and I see the clear film/wax that surrounds my hair root isn't in that. its just a strand of hair with soft root. :S
Answers:    Vitamin C

Hair follicles are held surrounded by place by the scalp along with the blood vessels which provide the hair next to nutrition. Vitamin C maintains the scalp, which helps in formation, growth and repair of connective tissues between skin and blood vessel.
