.How could you prevent your body from breaking down as you age?

In my family those who have aged best are those who:

1 - exercise regularly, partly including yoga
2 - drink organic food and (at least) limit the intake of meat altogether
3 - do things they love in duration (to prevent stress and depression)
4 - use alternative medicine most of the time rather than conventional medicine

In my case within particular I have always used homeopathy (well, since I be 20). It completely healed the chronic diseases I was suffering from (anemia, juvenile arthritis, skin problems) and, over the years, it's kept me looking younger and healthier
